Happy Mother’s Day!!

Praises:

Five professions of faith and 1 child began attending church in the month of April in the Good News Clubs.

Three new 5-Day Club locations (Calvary Baptist, Little Creek and park at oceanfront) for this summer’s CYIA ministry.

CYIA Pre-Training on Saturday, May 11 with 12 teens in attendance.

Prayers:

Lynn Parker and her family as her brother passed away, and she will be traveling to Alaska for the funeral.

CYIA teens who will be completing Wordless Book practicums during the next few weeks.

A possible fourth new location for a 5-Day Club at a school.

Possible CYIA pre-training event on Saturday, May 18 with seven teens on the Eastern Shore.

“Her children rise up and call her blessed; Her husband also, and he praises her.” (Proverbs 31:28)

“Favor is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who feareth the Lord, she shall be praised.” (Proverbs 31:30)

Today we are thankful and give praise to our mothers/wives who have cared for us and given their unconditional love.
