Prayers for Lake Taylor GNC team member, Ida Compton, who has breast cancer.

“And we have something more sure, the prophetic word, to which you would do well to pay attention as a lamp shinning in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning start rises in your hearts.” (2 Peter 1:19)

Peter is telling us that we would do well to pay attention to God’s Word (OT & NT). It is a light giving us direction (lamp shinning) to salvation and anticipation of Christ’s return (Second coming).
