Praises:

Northampton Food Services are providing free snacks to the GNC at Kiptopeke.

Great Bridge Free Will Baptist GNC had 5 students on the first day, and more students requested registration forms.

Sixteen teens from Atlantic Shores Christian School signed up to learn more about CYIA (summer ministry).

The meeting at the Northampton School board went well but no decision was made.

Woodstock GNC – A little boy prayed to receive Jesus this week!
 

Prayers:

Wisdom in creating a strategic plan for Tidewater.

GNC at Booker T. Washington & Elephant’s Fork to begin in February.

Peace and comfort for Elizabeth who is one of our volunteers in the GNC.  Her mother passed away.

Continued prayer for Northampton County to reduce or waive the custodial fee for the GNC.

CYIA preparation as we promote the ministry.

” And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints….. (Ephesians 6:18)

What a list of tools we have at our disposal when we pray:  our salvation, the Spirit within us and God’s word. When we pray the complete God Head is involved: the Spirit within us, Jesus our advocate and the Father listening.
