Praises:

A church in Norfolk had a missions event at their church recently, and a GNC team leader passed along several new contacts (two of which were interested in starting new GNCs at Oceanair Elementary in Norfolk and an elementary school in Smithfield, and others were interested in joining GNCs in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake).

Tarrallton GNC had 4 children this past Monday and at least 2 more will be coming next week.

Three Oaks GNC will be starting on March 6.

Prayer requests:

Pray that the new contacts will follow through and complete the necessary requirements for volunteers.

Pray that new GNCs will be started at Oceanair in Norfolk, another in a Smithfield school, and for schools in Chesapeake to allow GNCs to start again.

Pray that the needed funds will come in at the fundraising banquet.

One of the main reasons that children are able to make a profession of faith based on the word of God is because here at CEF we present a literal explanation of what is written . No allegorical (private interpretation) of scripture is used to draw them to Christ. Just the words of the Holy Spirit as written draws them to Himself.
