An excerpt from “In God we Still Trust” by Dr. Richard G. Lee:

Reflecting the philosophical shift that took place in America, John Dewey, the twentieth-century “Architect of Modern Education,” said, “There is no God, and there is no soul. Hence, there are no needs for the props of traditional religion.”

The loss of these props and therefore of moral standards has opened the door to teen pregnancies, abortion, drug abuse, alcoholism, violence and suicide.

If we believe that America will fail if it losses it religious foundation, we Christians believers must reclaim our Christian educational heritage. Instigating the crucial change begins with a willingness to become engaged in the battle.

A CEF we have put on the armor of God and are engaging in the battle for the souls of our children

“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm.”(Ephesians 6: 10-13)

Yours in Christ,
