Hey Prayer warriors,
From Fred Pry (CEF Assistant Vice President):
Importance of Prayer as our Foundation
It is not the work that we do, the meetings we hold or the decisions we make that bring the greatest advances in the work; it is the time spent before the throne of God in prayer, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that brings power, laborers and resources into the ministry.
Prayers:
For the GNC’s to be face to face in the fall.
For the upcoming May interview of a possible new committee member and treasurer.
For all of the children hearing the Gospel this coming week at our GNC’s.
For the safety of our children in schools.
For the well being of our GNC teachers and volunteers.
Global Prayers:
For our missionaries world-wide.
For our CEF family in the Ukraine.
For the people of Ukraine.
For our military men and woman in the countries surrounding the country of Ukraine.
For the Russian country to back away from this attack on Ukraine.
Current Prayers:
For this new COVID variant to be mild and to not escalate in numbers this summer.
For good participation for the upcoming pre-training and training for CYIA.
For the potential for new clubs (B.M. Williams, Occohannock, Kiptopeke and Moyock) for the 2022-2023 year.
Praises:
For the worldwide impact of the CEF ministry.
For God’s word and the promises given.
For the hope we have in Jesus Christ.

When we get up in the morning shouldn’t we approach the day as if Jesus Christ will return today? How will that change the way we view all that we do?
Yours in Christ,
Carl
