 No new prayer requests.

 Ongoing Personal Prayer requests:

Ammie Kinsey-Team Leader    Prayer for healing while battling cancer.

Thaddeus-Volunteer   Prayer for recovery from triple bypass surgery and stroke.



Tidewater CEF Committee:

A part time helper for Tracy Williams.

Someone to take over the treasurer position.

Someone to take over the recording secretary position.


District Team Leaders Prayer Requests:

Susan Chapman:

  1. God’s protection, His provision, and His wisdom in effective ways to reach others for him during this time.
  2. The Lord will help us think outside the box as we plan on how to reach the children.
  3. Focus on what we CAN do in ministering to the children.

Stephanie Foley:

  1. Power of the Holy Spirit (Zech. 4:6)
  2. Three more volunteers Hickory Elementary.
  3. Principal of Cooke Elementary to say yes to ASGNC.

Lynn Parker:

  1. That parents will encourage their children to participate in the on-line ZOOM ASGNC.
  2. That God will prick hearts of pastors/others to sponsor a club.
  3. That volunteers will commit to leading and participating in a club.

Barb Patton:

  1. Continue to stay connected with Norfolk teachers, leaders, clubbers and families.
  2. Continue to pray specifically for the five, 5th grade clubbers moving on to middle school.
  3. Please continue to pray for parents as they begin this virtual schooling adventure.

Prayers and Praises for this week:


  1. Pray for the churches that are struggling financially during this economic downturn.

2.Pray for the CEF, Virginia restructuring plan.


  1. Praise for God’s word and how it impacts our lives.
  2. Praise for the gift of salvation, freely given.


 “Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 5:19)

We have a very serious responsibility when we witness and teach others, especially children. Lord help us get it right, when the opportunity arises.
